Cons
If you like being micromanaged and play fireman 24/7 with no sense of accomplishment, this is the place for you. Don't bother thinking or suggesting any ideas you may have for improvement. Being a "yes man" is imperative. People are hired and fired daily. Major reorganizations are performed several times a year. There is no sense of stability. They call it growing pains but it really comes down to a bad company culture.
The company overall is top heavy with a multitude of VP’s and directors. The company departments are divided and fight against each other. Network vs Operations and Fiber vs Wireless. A house divided cannot stand.
