Cons
I worked for this company and witnessed ongoing concerns regarding how employee issues were handled at the corporate level. Employee complaints were addressed inconsistently, with some concerns taken seriously while others were dismissed without clear explanation or follow-up. In several situations, there was no evidence of a fair or thorough investigation before decisions were made. Additionally, disciplinary actions and terminations often occurred without prior warning or an opportunity for employees to correct or clarify situations. This approach created a climate of uncertainty and discouraged open communication. While the company may be suitable for individuals who are comfortable operating under strict, top-down decision-making, those who value transparency, due process, and equitable treatment of employees may find the environment challenging. It starts with the CEO and trickles down through corporate management.
