      Pros

      Everyone in the team is friendly and welcoming which makes the office a positive environment. Encouragement to grow, I have the opportunity to upskill and complete training/courses. Management wants the best for both the staff and the business. Flexibility - I am able to work from home, you are trusted to get on whether you are at home or in the office.

      Cons

      Quite fast paced, but this is good if you enjoy that type of working environment

      Pros

      The team at Visions are such a lovely bunch of people to work with, everybody supports one another and and there's a great balance of having fun while staying productive. It's a friendly and collaborative environment where teamwork really shines. No two days are the same and we get to work on some really exciting projects.

      Cons

      At first, some technical terms and language can be a bit challenging if it's not your area of expertise, but there's always someone willing to help and provide guidance.

      Pros

      They are a friendly, diverse and welcoming team. I love the fact my opinions are valued and I'm trusted to get on and do my job, but have the support when needed. They are future thinking and encourage people to grow.

      Cons

      If you like a corporate environment where your told what to do and everyday is the same, this is not the place for you.
