Awful place to work. They sell insurance to small companies. There are about 6-8 arrogant creeps — glorified salesmen —that sit around expecting the support staff to wait on them hand and foot when they make their guest appearances at the office. None of these jerks could probably hold a job anywhere else. Much of the support staff are young people at their first job looking to get out. They have a small Telesales group who are paid completely on commission, so naturally they can’t hire anyone. CEO is a nice guy, other partners are arrogant jerks, especially CFO.

It is a TEMPORARY position, even though they tell you you have opportunity to grow. After your 90 days they will extend your probationary period and then get rid of you when there is no more work for you. You also do not get paid sick leave or any benefts
