Very chaotic and disorganized. Micro manager as the managing director. client relations been moved offshore the work is boring. Very poor salaries and in denial about the amounts for the industry. Poor IT. A lot of lies told to keep staff to stay. very short term thinking. staff expected to work long hours. Some work 60 + hours
