Pros
I have met some of the most wonderful people though Vita. People with big hearts, strong work ethic, and morals. This job also has the ability to be very lucrative. I learned a lot through this experience, mostly of what not to do and how not to act.
Cons
There are no boundaries when it comes to Vita. He is very hot/cold and unclear in expectations as everything contradicts itself. One day you are #1 top agent and the next you are the worst in company history and should seek therapy for how irresponsible you are. Looking for feedback? It's that you suck. His goal is to get inside your head as much as possible so that you don't see how manipulative and wrong everything he is doing is and if you have something to say about it, you are not a loyal "employee" aka independent contractor, and are essentially dead to him. He talks down to people at all times (agents, clients, property management) and there is no such thing as a conductive conversation because he cuts you off the whole time. He pitches the company based on transparency, but failed to mention the lawsuit that turned class action for treating his 1099 workers like employees that we were a part of. There is nothing transparent about this company, it is all a facade. There would be days/nights that would feel so helpless. Working 100% commission and being told you are the worst at all times doesn't really make you want to get up and hustle or really do much of anything. He hires people not from a sales background because they would know better. I had really high hopes for this company and am a strong worker and leader, however this was grossly overlooked and made to be used against me as a weakness. Please be careful and mindful of your mental health. He will demean you and treat you like a child who is incapable of thinking or speaking for themselves, but not until you are a couple months in and are just getting comfortable. I have never met someone in my personal or professional life that was more rude. I like to think deep down in there someone is "crying out for love", but that is not to be at the expense of the people you hire.
