      Pros

      Working with people like me who are a few years out of college

      Cons

      Poor management - employees not valued and everything is micromanaged by the owner. Very little praise given for good work and there's constant tension. No health insurance No 401k match

      Pros

      Excellent training. Positive work environment that is collaborative. Clearly communicated and achievable expectations. Great office environment with friendly co-workers. Management that is respectful and receptive to new ideas and seem to really care. Low amount of drama and politics. Excellent benefits and work/life balance.

      Cons

      Recruiting software engineers is competitive so tough to get their attention. Um, can't really think of much else. Have to pay for parking if you want it.

      Pros

      Decent Commission if you can get it. Awesome co-workers.

      Cons

      Owner belittles employees when they make a mistake. Owner keeps hiring to try and fight the hemorrhaging of employees who can't stand the culture, expectations, and more. Highest turnover company in its industry (over 300% turnover since I've been there.) No one makes it past 1 year without trying to leave.

      The owner does not ever belittle employees, the above is an untrue statement. We strive very hard to treat everyone with respect and integrity. Secondly the 300% in turnover is also not true. We have a set of Core Values of putting people first, pursuing excellence, embracing changing and acting with integrity. That is the type of culture we foster along with providing guidance for folks to be able to achieve goals. We provide the tools and resources for all of our employees to use to be successful in their roles.
