Pros

Majority of the people are nice

Cons

-Below average pay/benefits -No training/onboarding -Internal systems/workflow are a mess -Customer Success here isn’t actually Customer Success -Be prepared to have the blame shifted on you if you make a mistake that was out of your control/purview instead of recognizing it as a gap in training. What do they do instead? Paint a target on your back, have you do little side projects that are due weekly, for what? It felt like I was in school not at work. -It’s never enough to keep leadership satisfied -Micromanaged disguised as a way of team building and always staying in the loop with each other.

Pros

The job allows for working remote. Its nice to be settled in the middle of downtown and have access to multiple food options.

Cons

Bait and Switch - it’s likely whatever job you get here will have completely changed once you are in the seat. You get hired or promoted into a position and the title has nothing to do with the actual day to day. Am I a CSM, or support, or integrations, or onboarding, that can literally change from day to day depending on the need but also depending on if that team in question has time or even wants to deal with whatever issue has presented itself? It's a complete popularity contest on the inside. Office politics run this place be sure to stay on everyone’s good side if you want to get promoted. It has nothing to do with actual skill set. People in management positions don’t know how to do the work that’s expected of their own team. You are left to your own devices here. Its sink or swim and if you aren’t a self-starter and super organized this isn’t the place for you. Training? What training? Its baptism by fire although they will tell you they have training. Your training is going to be them sitting you down and letting you figure out every single email and problem that comes your way. When you ask your manager for help, they are going to tell you to ask your team makes because it’s likely they don’t know how to do the work themselves. For the size and age of this company the amount of dysfunction on the inside is unbelievable. Let’s also add that finance has nothing to do with billing. That’s all on you too. They will also tell you they have parking in downtown but that really equals being on a waitlist that is three years long while you drive around and try to find spaces in the surrounding neighborhoods.
