- Hybrid working - Young and energetic environment. Many activities for employees to get closer - No OT recommended, except the client's urgency or your underestimation - Friendly and respectful colleagues and managers - Workflow has get stricter since this year - Open to showcase and expand your role in project
Cons
- Low salary - No English environment - Many projects belonging JP client still use old technology (but not all of them)
