Pros

It's a job .... it's in a good part of town, close to beach. The people you work with are good fun and friendly.

Cons

Underpaid, small bonuses which can be easily reduced by management if you make one small error...very poor operation with ignorant jobsworth managers and unethical working practices. Systems crash everyday affecting hundreds of customers and cause complaints daily, workload increases with no extra pay, more and more micro-monitoring , discrimination in the workplace if your face doesn't fit you get nowhere, their values are a farce as the management break them everyday but punish workers if they don't adhere to them...one department doesn't know what the other is doing, using foreign offices abroad cause delay and complaints, little respect for people with long length of service, they don't care about retaining dedicated staff, didn't get a pay rise for 3 years even though I took on much more work and hit all my targets. If you complain about the operational mess ( that isn't an exaggeration ) at that company you are told literally to deal with it or " you know where the door is ".... Many unethical practices go on (And possibly unlawful) there which I can't elaborate on but suffice to say they have been close to being closed for business due to their disorganisation! Don't apply for a job here if you are honest, have strong ethics and self esteem and demand respect from your employer.
