Make your own schedule for the most part, most clients are nice, easy work, those are the only good things

Ive worked for this company for about 7 months. I think in the last 7 months i have had 5 days off in total and that was only the rare days when all of my clients cancel. At first, it seems great because the job is easy and you make your own schedule. Its really hard to get time off and management is really not helpful. I am so incredibly burnt out from this job, ive started to look for a new one. You dont make enough money and if your clients go into the hospital or cancel, you dont get paid. In the last 2 weeks ive lost out on over $200 because of how inconsistent the work is. Its really frustrating. My advice: dont waste your time.
