Heard the Chief People Officer is leaving Twinkl, this is a big loss, she made great improvement when here and now we go back to John/David? She actually listened to the employees voices and made us matter.
Why is she leaving? It would be good to have the truth and not a "carefully crafted internal communication"
Its a little worrying if the Chief people officer leaves after 18 months
Who will actually care about us at that level? We know John/David never really listened before - if they did they did nothing to make changes
