1. Good place for leaning only for beginners or freshers. 2. Helpful colleagues. 3. Give importance to basics in development. 4. Can learn new technologies in free time.
Cons
1. There policies sucks. 2. Keep changing there policies. 3. Appraisals are not on the basis of "performance" but on the basis of "requirements".
