Cons

There is no company culture regarding anything. No Team buildings. No welcoming packages. No onbroarding Proccess. There are really broke processes for almost everything There are no real benefits, only some 2% discounts on some shops The company is profiting off of the employees for everything. Employees paying for TV and internet service, which the company can provide for free. The employees buy thir coffee from vending machines which the company recieves rent for. Tehere is no career development
