No proper training when you start the role. You get thrown in the deep end and are expected to know what to do. Managers don’t have a clue. Staff turn over is very high. No order, poor leadership and they don’t know how to make good financial decisions. Gossiping culture and no privacy from HR. Lack of career opportunity. No diversity in who they higher and no inclusion. Senior management is poor. Horrible looking building inside and out. BBS, Vivalda and all other groups are terrible
