Pros

They had clients all across the globe. It gave me the opportunity to work with people from different nationalities.

Cons

The people at the top are arrogant, evil, and cruel. They expect employees to go the extra mile, stay up late at night, be available at early mornings, and tolerate a poor work-life balance while they give nothing in return. They don't support, don't lead, and are always busy when you have concerns. It's terrible to try to communicate with them. They avoid honest conversations.

Pros

Some of my colleagues were decent. As we were all suffering, I liked the company of my fellow sufferers most of the time.

Cons

The workloads are awfully high and stressful. Exhaustion is an everyday occurrence. Please avoid working here if you want any work-life balance. I am sure that the weekend work and the horrible pressure will leave you drained. Beware!!!
