If you wanna see how the work place harassment is, you should try this place. CEO uses F words. CTO busy saving his job Team Lead never defends you and is busy saving his job. Never trust any self-proclaimed managers They have like a group of people and they retaliate any new comers

1. Decent product ecosystem with modern tech stack. 2. Slightly higher pay at entry.
Cons
1. Management rules by fear, yelling, micromanaging, and giving no freedom or trust. 2. Everything is urgent, priorities keep changing, and there’s no planning or trade off, which burns people out. 3. No job security, new hires are treated as temporary and let go based on strategy, not on performance. 4. The company cares only about delivery, not building a good work culture.
