Pros
like every tech company: good pay if you're in the right department, remote work, flexible schedule
Cons
unfortunately the leadership was less than experienced in managing growth-stage businesses and was misaligned in terms of where the company would go which led to internal confusion. Growth-stage companies will also have growing pains but the leadership team wasn't willing to listen to the employees about said pains to really make a difference. They take advantage of some younger career folks and pay critical staff like "trial managers" terribly yet "scientists" way over average. A leadership refresh could do the company some good as the team contains some very smart and talented folks but they need someone steering the ship.
