      Sometimes fun, sometimes grueling, but I guess that's almost every job.

      Pros

      Small company that treats it's employees to fun and games when everybody is successful and sales are up.

      Cons

      General Manager constantly flip flops and management style is very unorthadox. A few close employees actually have to do work just for him and not for the company, (like build him stuff for his house, cut his grass when he's on vacation, etc..).

      Pros

      People who work there are pleasant.

      Cons

      Salaried position. You're expected to work Mon. to Fri. 7 to 5 (10 hr's a day ), most Sat.'s 7 to 12:00. Sunday if production is down, and as needed. ( Like 3 am and someone calls and reports a system down ) All for $60,000. a year. At best you make $20. an hour. Oh yeah, and you have to go thru multiple approvals to buy replacement parts and maintenance supplies. Nothing is up to code, and the company isn't interested if it costs money, and by the way, would you mind dropping this stuff off at the landfill on the way home? Just put in a request for petty cash, they'll reimburse you sooner or later.
