Pros
Really cool technology, a very fast-paced start-up environment and many learning opportunities, high-impact work. Competitive salary and lots of free food, nice open offices, free parking
Cons
1. Highly political environment where the upper management of different departments do not get along. There is constant one-upping in meetings and the blame-game is always on. 2. Unlimited vacation policy leads to employees feeling guilty to take time off. 3. Benefits are much below industry-standard, very expensive health insurance, no 401k match, no company shutdowns that every other biotech company has 4. Upper management and higher level employees need to be trained on management skills
