      None - a few nice people

      Absolutely no sense no direction, the owner constantly hypes up the product likes its the best thing ever. Yet most of the client feedback is negative and they refuse to do anything about it Bring people on in one role, change their mind and then get rid of the people Changed my hours after 6 weeks and cut my salary by over 25% after 6 weeks with no warning, once I’d reluctantly accepted, they then let me go without any reasoning

      There's no pros to working here.

      Cons

      Micromanagement, made to feel like a child. every minute of everyday must be accounted for. If you disagree with the CEO on anything, you'll get sacked the next day. they do pass you on probation so they can easily get rid of you when they want to. a really toxic place to work. Do not work here. Lack of proper management and leadership. Most of the staff hired do not last longer than 12 months!!
