      Small team, so everyone's work counts. Work is appreciated and the team helps each other. Technology innovator in hosted PBX/VoIP space and laser-focus on helping resellers/ITSPs grow their business.

      Cons

      Work can be unstructured but a lot of opportunities to experiment, learn and create processes. The product is B2B2B, so the sales cycles are long, unlike B2C products.
