Good team - Hands on culture

Pros

Company is small but has landed top clients this year. This is happening because we are putting our heart and soul into what we do. A lot of potential for people that can take initiatives. Used to have a few negative people. Teamwork is when everyone can pull more than their own weight. Work environment is great since certain few left. Free coffee and private health insurance coverage.

Cons

If you use a car, got to arrive early to find a spot. If all taken there are places further but have to walk 5 minutes to office.

Pros

The software team and linguists were great and very willing to work with you. The Team leader was really trying to organize the tasks and promote teamwork even though he was recently hired.

Cons

Management intervened in software developer's decisions on technical matters and was very unprofessional with the handling of employees (lots of previous team members had resigned and other staff was fired). There were some very bad unprofessional moments where developers were basically asked to lie about bugs/issues being resolved on emails. During weekly meetings there would be quite a few times that management would make over-optimistic estimations about the time needed to resolve an issue, and setting very close to impossible deadlines without properly discussing the problems with the team. There was lack of product knowledge due to previous team leader's departure , and not enough documentation.

Pros

"pros" in voiceweb sounds like a joke

Cons

bad management only cares about contracts. the employees are treated as consumables and replaceables. team demotivated by CTOs practices. work around the clock is demanded but is not being paid. lack of equipment. we are asked continuously to place good reviews here. payments not secure (managed via cyprus ghost company) twice entered a "fake suspension" during lockdown to save money companies with such practices shouldn't exist
