Pros
Beautiful setting - the views are incredible. Other servers / bartenders were great to work with mostly.
Cons
Upper management is toxic. Ownership is toxic. Pre- and post-shift meetings are mostly an excuse to yell at staff. Very very very disorganized when it comes to hosting and staffing events, Management is much nicer to male staff than to female staff. They cannot keep a manager. Only one busperson.
