      Great people, Team oriented environment, celebrates successes

      Cons

      VERY poor compensation, high turnaround, upper management executives do not show care to their store levels and do nothing to retain valuable members that make them successful.

      Loved my coworkers! Loved how quickly I was able to move up and learn new roles. Wish we could’ve stayed.

      Cons

      Didn’t meet the cost-of-living. Promotion didn’t come with a raise. Commission was based on whole store performance rather than my ability to do my job.
