Cons
Very hard work with strict budget resulting in an extremely tight working environment. Because of this, the management style can be chaotic and you can feel that upper management does not value the housekeeping department as much as they should. The pay is terrible and scheduling can be unreliable. Please strongly consider your physical and mental well-being before starting a role in housekeeping at Volkshotel.
