Pros

Ok money and overtime

Cons

No work life balance. Treat employees like slaves. Toxic often illegal practices. Will be worked to death and maybe youll get a $25- gift card for it afew times a year. Youll smell like gas and diesel even when not at work.

Pros

Owners are decent to their employees paid time off for full time only decent benefits

Cons

Human Resources and District Managers very unprofessional, look for the tiniest reasons to "write someone up" and simply fire and discipline people without going through normal processes to determine root causes. Some examples are :writing people up for keeping themselves busy and alert on difficult late nite or overnight shifts, being " out of uniform" when the company does not provide more than one such shirt and it has worn out.. the company even penalizes people for using their own cellphone, ipad etc etc during slow shifts even when work is getting done and there are no customers. no paid time off for part time constant contradictions by district level or higher management and lower level employees on expectations such that inconsistency leads to poor morale

Pros

Some of the people you work with and some of the regular customers. I will say that this company really cares about Alzheimer's and tries to help donate each year. BUT I believe that is solely coming from the actual owner, he's a real sweet heart. Everyone else just wants to see numbers.

Cons

Where to start? If you are a hard worker they will keep you right where you are. You will be promised promotions, but never remembered when time comes. They claim they want to promote within, but every chance they have they hire from outside of the company. I am not only saying from experience, I have seen them do it to plenty of others as well. They ask for YOU to be completely honest, but then upper management ALWAYS lies or hides things from their employees. Work and home balance is a joke. You know it's bad when customers ask if you ever go home! Upper management is petty and will nickel and dime you on everything. This company allows favouritism, as long as the right people like you; you can pretty much get away with anything. They ask for way too much and don't want to give anything in return. I was a manager in training for YEARS and made it clear I would go / move anywhere they asked me too. But with each store that became available I was never even asked. All because the store I was working in was too big to fail and they needed a strong assistant to make sure things didn't start falling through the cracks. Because I was an honest, hard working employee they never wanted me to leave that store. It wouldn't be beneficial to their needs and when it comes to this company, that's all that matters.
