Comradery between coworkers is quite high.
Cons
I worked here for 3 years. Top management is corrupt and favoritism is rampant. No opportunities for growth. Rated "best place to work" but far from. If you aren't in the "inner circle" forget about growth opportunities. Overall, the pay was low and mentally, it was draining. Also, inappropriate and degrading comments are often made towards women. It's very odd that no one is called out for this behavior.
