Pros

Only positive is the staff and that is stretching it since they are so hammered down their outlook and happines is nil.

Cons

No carring for staff, management s outlook to issues is put your head down and plow through to get it done, no addressing issues of any kind or problem solving. Pay is 20% below market average. Turnover is ridiculously high. Temps used dont show back up due to realizing how messed up it is. Ownership lacks any problem resolution/initiative to fix morale, pay, issues, etc...o ly worried about being in black even though the people are stomped on. Your managers do your review then is changed by VP without ever have interacted with you in work environment thus justifying the .05 cent raise which is considered great for this company. Employees have not recieved reviews or raises in years. This is company is a college course of how not to operate a business and keep the all bonuses and raises to management and above, while treating staff like diseased plague. No wonder staff go to the competition where they are treated with respect and fair market pay.

Pros

The culture is not politically correct so it's a very "loose" environment. People can say and do what they want and feel very confident that they won't be punished. Not very "corporate." The salaried employees aren't micro managed. Can come and go as we please. Hour an half long lunch breaks in the middle of an 8 hour day aren't really noticed. Learned a lot, because the job responsibilities continued to grow and grow.

Cons

Information is not shared across departments. There's a glass ceiling in place and if you aren't a member of the "old-guard" you're not advancing. Employees are not appreciated. Some managers are great, but others need to move on. Rarely given positive feedback. Management does not recognize employee strengths and don't invest in their employees in terms of professional growth. Management has openly said they don't want to hear feedback from employees as it will cause problems. Yearly raises fall below 2%. Lots of dead weight in staff and management that keep things stagnant. When giving tours of the facility to potential clients, management focuses the spotlight on the expensive equipment purchased and never once mentions the people behind the machine. Don't value employees.
