      Pros

      No pros as such but since its YCombinator backed it'll look good on your resume until people realize it's just another highly glorified tag!

      Cons

      Founders themselves are unsure about the product vision and strategy Non technical founders with operations background running tech startup Extremely toxic work culture - micromanagement to the hilt! Wasted efforts - just keep grinding with no focus on outcomes No appreciation whatsoever!
