Pros

The only pro I can think of is that it's a remote job and discounts on services.

Cons

This company exhibits a deeply toxic management style with a disregard for its people. They profess to value their employees, but their actions contradict their words. The CEO openly acknowledges and even endorses the chaotic work environment, suggesting that employees should embrace this rather than addressing issues like burnout and toxicity. When he's approached about issues in the workplace, he brushes them off. He flat out refuses to address these issues because he does not care. Leadership seems to have failed their way up into their positions not through merit but through sucking up. Their approach to people management is severely lacking, yet, for reasons unknown, this behaviour goes unchecked by the CEO. Leadership is not afraid to intimidate, and put down others when they disagree with different viewpoints. If you're on a call brainstorming ideas and they disagree with you, they unprofessionally put you down, rather than hearing you out. I've never encountered such toxic and unprofessional people. I've heard stories but was shocked to experience this firsthand. The CEO, while a great businessman, has little understanding of how to run a company from a human-centric perspective. You would expect the hiring of competent HR leadership to mitigate this, but unfortunately, the HR team exacerbates the problem with their unprofessional conduct which I unfortunately cannot write here as this will be flagged (it was that inappropriate). Working here has been a grueling experience, characterized by late-night calls and unrealistic expectations. The leadership is not only reactive but also openly displays their discord, affecting the entire company's morale. The lack of collaboration and unity among the top executives is palpable. It's understandable that leadership may not always agree or get along, but to openly express their distaste for their teammates is a disgusting display of unprofessionalism and immaturity. This behavior not only undermines the company's values but also sets a poor example for the entire organization. This workplace might suit those who align with an outdated, boomer mentality of work. The company culture gives off a vibe that employees should feel indebted for their job, despite the overwhelming workload. The compensation does not justify the extreme demands placed on employees. You're better off looking elsewhere.

Pros

9@6pm working hours from monday to friday

Cons

It is better to think twice before applying to this clinic. If you fall under the good grace of the management of this establishment, you will be spared otherwise you risk experiencing psychological intimidation in its worst form. Already 5 employees have left for this reason and head office do absolutely nothing about it. Labor standards of Quebec are already aware of it. So if you fall into the camp of the victims, do not hesitate to continue to denounce this kind of practice because there is already a history Spending weeks feeling diminished, belittled, humiliated, embarrassed and intimidated and with a constant fear of losing your job despite the fact of being considered an exemplary employee and completely appreciated by your co-workers. Being treated differently from your colleagues, so much so that they nicknamed you "the new favourite target ". For how long can one work in that emotional state . Finding yourself in a hostile and offensive environment. Colleagues felt they were in a hostile and offensive environment. They were very uncomfortable to see the behavior of management towards the person being bullied. Hence this is why it’s called toxic environment. The whole team is terrified, but no one complains for fear of retaliation. Even the doctors who work there are uncomfortable. The role of a manager is to maintain a productive, healthy and respectful work environment where positive working relationships and practices are encouraged. An environment where respect and fairness are NON-negotiable. Management clearly FAILED in my opinion. But unfortunately for the management the profits and the money are more important than the well being of their employees.

Expect you to work 10 hours a day 7 days a week for $50000,00 a year You would be better to work that many hours a week at McDonald's at least they would pay overtime after 44 hours a week. Your average hourly rate is $10.00 per hour
