Pros
I had the chance to grow and learn many new things and my hardwork was paid off i got rise. My team are open to new ideas soI feel im heared and appreciated.
Cons
As Vox is a fast growing company, so things, ideas and decisions change fast, when i decided to continue working at vox i accepted this situation because love it so i cant say it is a "cons" but it is challenge!

Can not have any. Other team manager very helpful.
Cons
Very bad managers. Too much work, work late every day and weekends. Team leader is not good and should change. High managers are very bad also, change ideas too much and not give enough time to complete things correctly. If the team leader idea not working correctly say it is our fault.
