      Pros

      None. Nada. Zero. Nothing. Get out of there....

      Cons

      Lying. Bullying. Bad atmosphere. Manipulating culture. No wage rise. Talk behind your back when you leave your desk. Force overtime and if you don't do it they send an email round everyone to name and shame you. If you leave at 5pm they take pictures of your desk and throw them at you and ask why as there's work to be done. Almost had a miscarriage in this stress. They don't pay sick pay. No Holiday cover for your work.

      I really don’t know if there are any, only pro is that you get paid, but it is awful money for what you do and how you are treated.

      Cons

      Management (one person specifically) is the worst person I’ve ever met. They treat you so badly and are just nasty. They bully stuff and call them names. There is shouting in the office a lot! The longer you’re there the worse it gets, so if you have not started or have an interview for this place then just avoid it, it will be the best decision you make. There are a lot of reviews about overtime on here, they will pay some people it other people are just expected to work longer than their contracted hours.

      Nice product and staff are nice and helpful to eachother

      Cons

      Don't work for this company. I wish l knew what l know now before l accepted. Management are ruthless and do not care about there staff at all. I had very bad experience, current staff told me I was lucky to be out as not nice place to work and have spoken to employment agencies who will not send people there.
