Tense office environment with frequent arguments and raised voices. Lack of professional best practices, no documentation, no SQA. Unusually high employee turnover. Demoralizing management style, employees are told to "work faster" and disparaging comments are made about employees and customers.

Extreme lack of communication. Good framework but no documentation; to learn you must look at existing projects. Pay is low, environment is tense most days. There are no good programming practices, no quality assurance and employees are not trusted to work through issues. Mind reading is a must.
