It's really good company for trying or doing outstaff or outsource work. In outsource you will work according to really well-baked processes without any chaos. Also professional supervision and growth support are included. In oustaff you can work directly with clients and improve your communication skills. And in this case supervision is very little. As projects are not so long, you can try different technologies, stacks, approaches in both types of colaboration. People in Voypost are very opened and friendly and you will never stay alone with your problems, if you have any.

Voypost is my first experience with the company. Worked here for a little over 7 months. Only very positive emotions remained: the company has very cool internal processes, a responsible approach to work and an incredible atmosphere. It would seem that the entire company is fully remote, but during work you feel real support: you will always be helped to get better. I would like to call the approach to code review a separate plus. They are really interested in you writing good code. A clear style, structure and principles are traced. If a person is interested in improving his skills, then Voypost is an excellent choice. So, Voypost is a cool full remote company with a cool process system, a responsible attitude to work and a charming atmosphere that is interested in your professional development. Definitely recommend.
