- Friendly team to work - Highly potential startup - Fast-growth learning - Easy to require new infrastructure - Actively integrating new technologies that enhance experience and reduce risks. - Easy to talk with leaders.
Cons
- Project Managers without technical experience are not helpful: decrease stability and tries all the time to add new features. TelcoAI is a HIGHLY critical product, there is not space for errors in production. - Patches are not the exception, are the rule, what is really bad if a system needs to be predictable. - Not real understanding on Artificial Intelligence Systems, leaders thinks that is easy to maintain an AI system. - Don't expect rewards due your efforts, not competitive-salary. - CEO take all the credit for the whole Engineer team goals achieved. - AI team is invisible across the company, for other teams, the AI systems are black boxes. - Out of office hours
