      Pros

      - Friendly CEOs that were always willing to listen - Encouraging and down-to-earth coworkers - Awesome dogs that would keep everyone's head leveled

      Cons

      - Culture at Vulcun completely changed for worse as they brought new leadership to the company (particularly HR) - Growth was favored to a select few, not equally given - Direction was not given by hypocritical management, which resulted in unfriendly surprises - Strange and long work hours

      Pros

      Great for moving fast, taking responsibility, taking initiative and making stuff quickly. Some peers have moved into management roles in < 6 months. Flexible, relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      Not for people who need a lot of structure to do well. Very little training or hand-holding. You'll be doing real work from day one.
