      Worst company I ever worked for. Don't want to suggest to anyone

      No Pros at all, it's waste of your career to accept the offer from Vupico

      Cons

      -It's not even a company, they don't have registration and atleast they can't even process the salary on companies name. -only one project but they showcase that they have a many clients. -lack of professionalism. -HRs are dummies -Employee is the least priority. For them family is not important, employee has to work even his family is in critical condition. -No PF but they deduct so much salary saying tax etc. -its a startup which makes us to think 'Never entertain any startup companies in future'. That kind of worst management it has.

      Pros

      Best part is, we can Learn more. As it is a global start up, will have more exposure to complete cycle of project. As there is limited team, can get good onsite opportunities. Flexibility at it's best to all the employee irrespective of designation. Nice place to work. Can get extensive experience in full stack. All technologies using were advanced, so our experience will be a big plus in the market. More Advanced projects as well. Very good manager. He is a dear friend to employee. He Listen to everyone. Your efforts will be recognized.

      Their Policies. Need a revision comparing with other organizations. Need standard policies.

      Pros

      Initial good salary offer but it's a trap. Onsite is possible but offshore(Indian) office is much better in terms of flexibility and quality of life.

      Cons

      Not many projects. Small company with no formal policies yet. If they offer a job onsite, please read the document thoroughly. Any assumption will be a mistake. Talk to Vupico former employees to understand the reality, if possible . Look out on LinkedIn. Can ask you to work on different technology than the one you are hired for.
