      Selection of tasteless artworks make the office feels like low quality art gallery

      Cons

      An abusive workplace with a temperamental boss who has serious anger management issues. Anyone who chooses to stay is either a victim of constant gaslighting or lacks self-respect, having been continuously abused by the boss. Due to the boss's deteriorating health condition, the firm could cease to exist at any time - good riddance.

      - if you love to be scolded everyday for nothing. - if you like the "mental hospital" kind of environment. - if you like to travel in the middle of nowhere. - if you like bosses that shouts everyday at you and at others. - if you like bosses that don't care about their staff. - if you like to be told you are not worth the pay you are hired for. - if you like to be degraded. - if you love toxic bosses. - if you like your leave to be deducted just because you are late. - if you like a place with no laughter, no jokes. - if you have no life and love misery. This is the place to be :)

      Cons

      - the art pieces in the office are nice, but no one has the mood and time to appreciate them. - colleagues there are too nice. They take away the misery of working with toxic bosses.

      A design centric/ focused firm

      Cons

      -boss is difficult -lousy increment and bonus. staff underpaid. -they “use” u, they don’t grow u -toxic work culture. u are unfairly judged based on your OT hours. (if u stay late to have long dinners, watch Netflix, study ppe, do your own thing but log it in OT, boss is happy. if u work hard and finish your work and go home on time, boss not happy) -u r expected to be a slave. work is your life. -hard to take leave for more than 1 or 2 days. invisible pressure applied. -if u stay long enough, boss “promotes” u by upgrading your cubicle bay. no salary increment, no change in job title -plenty of juniors, lack of seniors as no one in the right mind will stay on. -no future. boss is old. company has no succession plans.
