Friendly colleagues ofcourse they all back bite and jusdge you for being even quiet in office about you but thats ok beacuse 90% of them are just immature interns there are hardly any senior or mid level architects in office. The company gives chances to interns to design all the big projects like Genpact, O hub, Granules and the best part is that the client has no idea about it. Gokul - ceo of WDS is sooo considerate. He gives 2 day of holiday if your dad passes away and 2 days only if you get married if he is happy he can give you 3 days of holiday. Hr is the best person in office she believes in the concept of not see bad don't listen bad don't speak bad. Hence she dsnt speaks listens any thing and sees any thing.
