Pros
Management doesn't bother to look for appropriate skills, so anyone can get hired for an okay salary.
Cons
Poor management, lack of safety training or concern, no raises, gossiping, acting-CEO that lies all the time, and bad mouths employees to other employees, no real leadership since actual CEO was fired earlier in the year, no understanding of labor laws, and poor craftsmanship on machines being sent out. Forget promotions.
