No leadership, no values, only yelling and finger-pointing

Pros

Not many. The role was fully remote, and that was a plus, but "leadership" would always complain about how much they hated remote employees. Way to make everyone feel inspired to work here!

Cons

Where to begin: One of the co-founders is a condescending, manic, loud-mouthed bully who has ZERO experience running a team. His leadership style is to yell at people, make them feel small, and micromanage their every moment. He has no business running a team or being responsible for the sales organization. It seems like he has no real value to the organization, so he is just loud and involved in every little details just to make himself look busy. As for the other co-founder, I don't know what is worse: being the guy mentioned above, or being the guy who makes excuses for the guy above. While not as involved on the sales side of the business, the other cofounder and CEO doesn't seem to care that his partner is running the business into the ground. He doesn't help set the strategy, or he doesn't tell his partner to simply trust people to succeed. It probably doesn't help that these guys are roommates, so I am sure they let their "home life" get in the way or running a proper business

Pros

Small environment. Fully remote. New so they can adapt.

Cons

Inexperienced ownership. Narrow minded in the understanding of freight. Throw it at the wall and see what happens mentality.
