      modern offices, very central in Athens and with easy access to Metro station

      Cons

      bad work ethics, micromanagement, workplace bullying. Managers are making ironic comments in their team members.

      Pros

      Most employees are nice hard-working people that you would be happy to work with and that is the only reason there is an overall nice environment. Corporate events, nice clean offices, available equipment to make your work easy, salary on time.

      Cons

      Low salaries and without possibility of a raise. Rarely your effort will be recognised unless you are showing off. Some departments are dysfunctional and lower the overall level. There is a lack of leaders and good managers and the micromanagement work model that is applied doesn't help employees evolve. These are some of the main reasons there were so many resignations during 2019.

      There is no 'Imagine More'

      The positives are that at first sight, you feel that there is a good climate. Can you feel the motto of the company "imagine more"

      Cons

      While they show you that there are prospects for a change of job. They always ignore you or politely tell you that you are not going to move to another post. The salary is low and the bonuses are earned only by people who are known to other people within the company. Essentially the HR itself violates the motto of the company "imagine more" with the result that you resign.
