      Pros

      It has been an amazing experience so far. The atmosphere is so positive and you just feel like you’re learning and working with friends. You will learn a lot in a short time and get hands on training and advice. Moving up is very possible and attainable with a good work ethic.

      Cons

      You have to be ready to learn, work and take direction. Not really a con unless you don’t want to be working full time.

      They don't pay you money so you don't actually have to work.

      Cons

      You will stand in Walmart and sell spectrum services. People hate you. You are an in-person telemarketer. The interview process is a lengthy joke

      My coworkers were really nice. I wish they earned more for the amount of hard work they did.

      Cons

      Basically, you spend half your day on the company and barely get paid. And when it comes to pay, they are so miser. First of all, I never got my pay. Secondly they did not even pay me right. They paid me like $55. for 3 weeks of work. I had to fight and fight and they still did not give me the complete amount I deserved. Basically, manager eats all of it. They are 10x better marketing agencies out there when it comes to pay or getting treated by the manager. I basically got bashed everyday by the manager when it came to breakdown with me. Life was horrible working with them personally. This or Black & White Incorported is run by the same person. Avoid both!
