      Pros

      Really enjoyed my time working for Wavteq, even though I was fully remote during COVID. The management were very good and always helped if you wanted to learn something new. This company is a great stepping stone if you want to progress into economic development.

      Pros

      If you are looking for work life balance with excellent learning curve. Wavteq India will certainly give you that. The management give you the sense of ownership that is refreshing for a change. They don't micro manage which makes the work even more interesting.

      Cons

      I am yet to find one.
