      Absolutely Nothing. Worst place ever.

      Cons

      Horrible work environment, Nisan is the absolute worst person to work for. The office is very dirty and after multiple complaints he did not do anything about it even though he said he would. He is cheap and does not value his employees. Do not accept any offers because the policy changes every few months to benefit Nisan. Your annual bonus will take 6 months to kick in if you even get lucky. You are better off working at Dunkin than for this company.

      Work schedule, easy work load

      Cons

      Fictional sales targets that are impossible to meet. The sales team is run by a non sales manager. They refuse to listen to input especially if one has experience in the feild Yearly bonuses that are insulting. Employee evaluations are only used to decrease your bonus. Management makes changes to tactics that drastically effects achievable sales goals that hurt your wallet.

      Cheap ceo, fires entire teams left and right to save money, profits is all he cares about. Horrible working environment physically (dirty ugly office workspace) and mentally (super awkward and annoying to talk to robot ceo)
