Pros

Co-workers were great, first manager didn't know how to crack a nut so I spent my days and some nuts, doing my job and theirs as well so that they could look good to the GM, second manager treated me with respect and was kind, understood my abilities and utilized me properly. Assistant manager also appreciated me and my skills. third manager for the other department was not as great, didn't know what they were doing and as such I had to walk them thru the most basic of computer work for entering their work into the system so it could run on the web properly. Please note* last year at employer is different since the system wouldn't allow me to change it.

Cons

- Salary, too low for doing more than one person's job all the time. - No bonus, even though my job created so many of the chances for the team to get their quotas met so that they could reach their bonuses each quarter. Allow everyone a chance to show off their ideas, maybe one of them would be that 'great idea' that will make the station a ton of money. Don't keep doing the same ole', same ole'. It's a broken record. It's also, NOT a man's world anymore, how about we stop that rhetoric and hire more women into management jobs or ya know, promote from within. And lastly, bonuses should be better AND company wide, not just for favorites and not just for management, everyone works hard there. Share the wealth!
