The owners and current management have a delusional image of themselves and their lack of achievements that are purely riding coattails off a tried and true design from generations past
Cons
Mandatory overtime, soulless management, cult like environment, their profit sharing program is a complete scam packaged as a benefit when in all reality theyre ripping their employees off by utilizing a discretionary pick and choose method of rewarding the brown nosers and forcing employees to work 55/60 hour weeks for 9 months out of the year. They utilize the employees donations as their own then package the hush payments as "charity" to Colorado Springs and local county in order to keep regulators and inspectors off their trail of fraud and deceit. Majority of their products are made overseas, modified then sold as made in usa. Truly dishonest and untrustworthy management.
