      Pros

      It's a great place to work with a tight knit culture. The environment is fun and fast paced. If you're interested in startup culture, entrepreneurial thinking, and solving complex problems... plus you manage, design, or build websites... it's for you!

      Cons

      It's a small team (+/- 15), so some of the large operation perks aren't as over the top.

      Good culture. Great office space. Somewhat flexible work from home options. Amazing clients.

      Growing company with some unknowns. It's more for people who want to develop their skills on a great team than those seeking the absolute top of the market in terms of compensation.
