      None. Win waste is awful

      Cons

      Worst most toxic place I’ve ever worked. The worst people are left and all the good ones got fired or quit. I was fired for reporting a safety concern was the initial thing I did to start to get on the bad side of management

      Wages, benefits, a few good people

      Cons

      Long hours, management is clueless. Used to be better but now it's a toxic work environment. If you're in with the corporate cliches it will get you promoted regardless of abilities.
